What a wonderful location. 2 min walk to the three little birds gin distillery! Cottage was so homely. We especially loved having a few wines from a local winery in the spa overlooking the garden at sunset. The open fire was so toasty and warm, gorgeous just sitting in the lounge cooking marshmallows. Very quiet location. We loved our stay.

I can't recommend Ford Cottage more highly! Goregeous cottage, wonderful outlook & fabulous provisions for breakfast. It's the perfect place to stay if you're visiting the Clare Valley, and in particular Auburn. Pauline and Russ are great communicators - which is the icing on the cake.

Pauline was incredibly helpful with organising the booking. The spa was an awesome addition. The complimentary wine was very thoughtful. The location was excellent for winery hopping. Will stay again.

Return visit and place was just as special the second time. Lovely garden with the spa where you can sit and enjoy the birds overhead. This time used the wood fire also which made the cottage cosy at night and lovely quality bedding to sink into to sleep well in the 4 poster bed. It feels like a dream location and even walked this time to local eateries.

Beautiful little country cottage with all the cosy niceties of a country getaway. Combustion fire heated up the cottage easily! Great food, great amenities!
